雪碑系吐蕃赞普赤松德赞敕授其大臣恩兰·达扎路恭的盟誓碑文。通过考证,提出雪碑最初立于卫茹禁卫军千户府所属蔡公堂齐(■)之地,即今拉萨市城关区蔡公堂乡支(■或■)村之观点。到了17世纪末,迁移至布达拉宫“雪”之地。另外,通过调研考证,吐蕃重臣恩兰·达扎路恭家族的发祥地为“支”村一带。“支”墓葬的主人为恩兰·达扎路恭等。
