目的探索安全、有效、简便的生物制品防治龋病的新途径。方法根据牙齿再矿化理论,进行了实验,说明磷酸多肽(Phosphopcptide,TD201)防治龋病的作用机制、效果及临床应用前景。结果实验证明,磷酸多肽能携带钙、磷成份并与羟磷灰石(HA)有较强亲合力,使牙齿再矿化过程加强。结论磷酸多肽能安全有效地预防和治疗龋病,并可广泛地应用于临床。
Objective To explore a new way to prevent and treat dental caries in a safe, effective and simple biological product. Methods Based on the theory of tooth remineralization, experiments were conducted to elucidate the mechanism, effect and clinical application of Phosphopcptide (TD201) in the prevention and treatment of dental caries. Results The experiment proved that the phosphopeptide can carry calcium and phosphorus components and has strong affinity with hydroxyapatite (HA), so that the tooth remineralization process is strengthened. Conclusion Phosphopeptide can prevent and treat dental caries safely and effectively, and can be widely used in clinic.
