提出用CNC成形磨齿技术制造插齿刀的新方法 ,在铲磨插齿刀后刀面时用砂轮的附加螺旋运动和横向补偿运动减少插齿刀的重磨误差。介绍了运动补偿参数的计算软件与计算流程 ,计算实例表明 ,运动补偿技术可将成形磨齿制造的插齿刀的重磨误差降低约 80 %。在实验室进行的渐开线插齿刀磨齿实验的测量结果证实了上述计算结果的正确性。研究结果表明 ,用CNC成形磨齿技术制造插齿刀是可行的 ,这为降低插齿刀制造成本找到了一条新途径
A new method of manufacturing gear shaper with CNC forming grinding gear is proposed. When sharpening gear sharpener, additional helical movement and lateral compensation motion of the gear are used to reduce the re-sharpening error of the gear shaper. The calculation software and calculation flow of the motion compensation parameters are introduced. The calculation examples show that the motion compensation technology can reduce the reclamation error of the gear shaper manufactured by forming grinding teeth by about 80%. The results of the experiment of involute shaper gear sharpening in laboratory confirmed the correctness of the above calculation. The results show that it is feasible to manufacture gear shaper with CNC forming grinding gear, which has found a new way to reduce the manufacturing cost of gear shaving cutter
