欧债危机直接影响了仍处于全球金融危机余波中的世界经济。由于美国、英国和日本三个非欧元区发达经济体自身经济结构、综合实力以及在国际体系中的地位不同,欧债危机的影响表现出明显的差异性。美国凭借其在世界政治经济格局中的主导地位,利用“美元霸权”的巨大优势出台货币宽松政策,稀释危机对自身的消极影响,并直接导致国际公共物品供给不足;英国与日本实施的措施不仅受自身实力和经济结构限制,还受制于美国的相关政策,其应对策略相对被动。
The debt crisis in Europe has a direct impact on the world economy that is still in the aftermath of the global financial crisis. Due to the economic structure, comprehensive strength and the status in the international system of the three non-euro-zone developed economies in the United States, Britain and Japan, the impact of the European debt crisis shows obvious differences. With its dominance in the global political and economic pattern, the United States has introduced the policy of monetary easing using the great advantage of “dollar hegemony ”, diluting the negative impact of the crisis on itself and directly leading to the insufficient supply of international public goods. The United Kingdom and Japan The measures are not only limited by their own strength and economic structure, but also subject to the relevant U.S. policies and their coping strategies are relatively passive.
