目的总结CD90蛋白的研究进展。方法查阅近年来国内外有关CD90蛋白研究的文献并作综述。结果 CD90蛋白与细胞-细胞,以及细胞-细胞质间的作用有关;可促进神经轴突生长和神经再生,诱导胸腺细胞和间质细胞凋亡,参与细胞黏附、外渗和转移,调节纤维化;可作为癌症干细胞的候选标志物。结论 CD90蛋白在多种疾病的发生和发展过程中起重要作用,为肿瘤诊治提供了新的分子治疗靶点。
Objective To summarize the research progress of CD90 protein. Methods To review and summarize the literatures about CD90 protein at home and abroad in recent years. Results CD90 protein was involved in cell-cell and cell-cytoplasm functions, promoted axonal growth and nerve regeneration, induced apoptosis of thymocytes and stromal cells, participated in cell adhesion, extravasation and metastasis, and regulated fibrosis. Can be used as a candidate marker for cancer stem cells. Conclusion The CD90 protein plays an important role in the occurrence and development of various diseases and provides a new molecular target for tumor diagnosis and treatment.
