采用高效液相色谱法定量分析20%戊唑醇·烯肟菌胺悬浮剂在稻田环境中的消解动态和最终残留。结果表明戊唑醇·烯肟菌胺在稻田环境中的半衰期为分别为6.72～13.00、6.38～13.86d。在施药后的21d收获的糙米中戊唑醇和烯肟菌胺的残留量均未超过0.50mg/kg。
High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to quantitatively analyze the digestion kinetics and final residues of 20% tebuconazole and elemethoxam SC in paddy field. The results showed that the half-life of tebuconazole · enfatelamine in paddy environment were 6.72 ~ 13.00,6.38 ~ 13.86d. The residual contents of tebuconazole and 11-phenylflurane in the brown rice harvested 21 days after spraying did not exceed 0.50 mg / kg.
