目的 :总结成人错矫治病经验。方法 :对 110例成人错患者采用固定矫治器 ,利用方丝弓或直丝弓技术 ,配合活动矫治加辅助装置进行 ,疗程 11个月～ 2 5年。结果 :全部病员均不同程度达到求治目的 ,90 0 %以上病员对结果感到满意 ,无失败病例。结论 :对安氏Ⅱ类 1分类错和Ⅲ类错 ,应以摇椅弓打开咬 ;对拥挤和前突暴牙 ,应策略性减数拔牙 ;同时固定矫治器的使用 ,可获得准确、预期的牙齿位置 ,为更多成人病员接受
OBJECTIVE: To summarize the experience of adult treatment of wrong cupping. Methods: One hundred and ten patients with adult malocclusion were treated with fixed appliance, using the technique of square arch wire or straight wire arch, combined with active appliance and auxiliary device. The course of treatment ranged from 11 months to 25 years. Results: All the patients reached the goal of seeking treatment to varying degrees. More than 90% of the patients were satisfied with the results and no failure cases were found. Conclusion: For Class Ⅱ division 1 malocclusion and class Ⅲ malocclusion, the bilirculum should be opened with the rocking bow; for the crowded and maxillary tooth, the number of teeth should be reduced by strategy; while the fixed appliance can be used accurately , Expected tooth position, acceptable for more adult patients
