This paper analyzes the characteristics of the new economy and the opportunities brought by the new economy to small businesses, points out that the new economy provides new business opportunities for the development of small businesses, and discusses the countermeasures that small businesses should take under the new economic conditions. Require small businesses to do a good job of personnel training and reserve work; do a good job in management of basic work; do a good job of e-commerce preparation and development.
