The supply-side reform in education needs to be close to the students’ actual conditions of life and to meet the individual personality development of students. A new supply-side structure should be provided for students to provide rich and diversified educational resources, educational environments and educational service modes. The key point of educational supply-side reform lies in resolving the existing contradiction between supply and demand of education. Equity and righteousness are the most essential contents in the quality of education. The education of new citizens and children is a new situation and a new problem confronting our compulsory education. As educators, on the supply-side reform in the education of new citizens and children, they provide diversified and high-quality education services to meet their different levels
