应用B超定位体外冲击波碎石机施行体外冲击波碎石术（ESWL）治疗单侧或双侧肾结石、单侧或双侧输尿管结石和肾与输尿管多部位结石共3060例，结石排净率占99％；配合输尿管镜取石术（URS）等腔内泌尿外科技术治疗直径＞2cm的结石或肾铸型结石，效果满意。认为对于结石并发急性梗阻性肾功能衰竭患者，可先引流尿液，然后再行ESWL；对于阴性结石，采用B超定位碎石机治疗，简便易行，显示其优越性。
B-positioning extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) treatment of unilateral or bilateral renal stones, unilateral or bilateral ureteral calculi and renal and ureteral stones in a total of 3060 cases of multiple stones, stone clear rate accounted for 99%; with ureteroscopic lithotomy (URS) and other endovascular treatment of stones with a diameter of> 2cm or calculi, the results are satisfactory. For patients with acute obstructive renal failure stones, drainage of urine, and then ESWL; for negative stones, the use of B-positioning lithotripsy, simple and easy to show its superiority.
