在工具制造中,拉刀刃磨床往往只用来制造或修复拉刀时的刃磨。我厂在加工某产品所需工装中如图1所示的定位元件,由于圆弧半径大,精度及硬度要求高(HRC53~58)。造成加工及检测困难,我们设计并制造了一种简易磨具,成功地解决了该件的加工,同时也扩大了拉刀刃磨床的使用。 磨具的结构示意简图如图2所示,该磨具中的底板3须进行调质HRC28~32,底板的两面进行磨削,以保证磨具的平直度及必要的强度、刚度。 在加工时,将底板3固定在回转工作台1上,插上回转销2,转动工作台,找正外圆,使回转工作台
In toolmaking, the broach sharpener is often used only to make or repair sharpening of the broach. I plant in the processing of a product required tooling shown in Figure 1, the positioning element, due to the large arc radius, high precision and hardness (HRC53 ~ 58). As a result, we designed and manufactured a simple abrasive tool that successfully solved the machining of the part and also broadened the use of the broaching edge grinding machine.
