安徽凤台磷矿是个县办小矿,设计年产8万吨,1970年筹建,1978年投产,现有职工近1100人,主要产品有磷矿石、硫酸、磷肥等。我矿是地下开采,矿床地质与水文地质条件比较复杂,矿体薄、底板不稳固、表土厚、夹有流砂层。建矿以来,矿领导注意充分发挥科技人员的作用,并依靠广大职工群众,逐步健全岗位责任制,使一般工伤事故逐年下降(千人负伤率1980至1984年分别为2.7、2.2、2.0、0.95、0.67‰。),取得建矿十四年未发生重大伤亡事故的效果,先后被评为县、市、省的安全生产先进单位,荣获化工部安全生产流动红旗。我们的主要作法:
