1病例报告患者男,80岁。因口咽部水疱伴疼痛就诊。6天前因感冒发热服用抗生素,体温恢复正常;5天前出现咽痛,进食、进水困难,继续服用抗生素;2天前咽部红肿,并出现水疱,不能进水,体温38.4℃,无恶心、呕吐及昏迷抽搐等不适症状。系统检查无异常。皮肤科检查:口腔咽后壁、咽峡、腭垂、软腭见紫红斑间水疱或成簇密集水疱,疱壁紧张,疱液清,个别破溃后可见腐膜,伴少量血性渗出,口腔硬腭见数粒出血点,均未超过中线。左侧耳
