2017年3月17日上午,香港沙田马鞍山体育馆音乐高亢,彩旗飘扬。本届香港国际武术节被列为中华人民共和国香港特别行政区成立20周年重大庆典活动之一。2017年“同行杯”第十五届香港国际武术节隆重开幕,来自全球20余个国家和地区的400多支武术代表队近5000名运动员参加了隆重的开幕式。香港特区沙田民政专员陈婉雯女士、沙田区议会主席何厚祥、武术节名誉主席纪昌秀、武术节比赛总裁判长张山、沙田康乐及文化事务署经理劳丽芳女士,沙田体育会会长韦国洪先生等出席了开幕典礼。
On the morning of March 17, 2017, the Ma On Shan Gymnasium in Shatin, Hong Kong was musicy and colorful with flags flying. The Hong Kong International Wushu Festival was listed as one of the major celebrations of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China. In 2017, the 15th Hong Kong International Wushu Festival was held with the “Cup of Peer”. More than 400 athletes from more than 400 wushu teams from more than 20 countries and regions participated in the grand opening ceremony. Miss CHAN Wan-wen, Sha Tin District Civil Affairs Commissioner Hong Kong SAR; Ho Hau-cheung, Sha Tin District Council Chairman; Ji Chang-hsiu, Honorary Chairman of the Wushu Festival; Chang Shan, Chief Judge of the Wushu Festival; Ms. Lo Lai Fong, Shatin Leisure and Cultural Services Department Manager; Attended the opening ceremony.
