目的:建立石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定尿中锰的方法。方法:用硝酸-高氯酸混酸消化尿液,应用石墨炉原子吸收技术,硝酸镁作为基体改进剂,测定尿中锰。结果:方法的检出限为0.06μg/L,相对标准偏差为2.6%~4.0%,回收率为94.2%~107.5%。结论:石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法可用于尿中锰的测定。具有灵敏度高、检出限低、干扰少等特点。 Objective: To establish a method for the determination of manganese in urine by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Methods: The urine was digested with nitric acid - perchloric acid, and the manganese in urine was determined by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry and magnesium nitrate as matrix modifier. Results: The detection limit was 0.06 μg / L, the relative standard deviation was 2.6% ~ 4.0% and the recovery was 94.2% -107.5%. Conclusion: Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrophotometry can be used for the determination of urinary manganese. With high sensitivity, low detection limit, less interference and so on.
