当前轴瓦半圆周长测量装置的技术标准普遍采用ISO6524,现对其中重要参数之一的重复性标准差及其计算式进行讨论。ISO6524对轴瓦半圆周长测量装置重复性要求的测定是一种等精度测量即测量者、测量装置、测量条件都相同。由于测量仪器示值不稳定、读数误差、轴瓦贴合情况的微小变化,存在着测量误差、当除去测量列中系统误差和粗误差之后,随机误差就总体而言,具有统计规律性。多数的随机误差都服从正态分布。在随机误差成正态分布的一般长度测量中,根据最小二乘方原理,通常采用标准差6作为判断测量精度的参数。
