中小电视台的设备管理,是一个值得探讨的课题。既是中小电视台,那么财力有限,设备档次也不高,数量也不多。如何将这些设备管理使用好,本文探讨性地提出:将所有设备分成“报废”、“维修”、“更新”、“正常”四种状态,用量化的设备完好率来考核;对如何搞好设备管理提出了8条具体建议,并提出:花在购设备上的钱,就是用于宣传的费用,颇有新意。
Small and medium-sized television equipment management is a topic worth exploring.
