受1979年全国甘蔗科研协作会议的委托,轻工业部甘蔗糖业研究所于1980年9月3日至20日在广州举办了全国甘蔗同功酶电泳法学习班。来自云南、四川、福建、广西、江西、贵州和广东等省的16个科研、教学单位的21名科技人员、教师和技工参加了学习。同功酶电泳分析技术,是首次应用于我国甘蔗科研工作上的。它和细胞染色体技术结合起来使用,对搜集甘蔗的野生资源,鉴别甘蔗杂交后代及“一种多名”“一名多种”的甘蔗等,都有广泛的用途。并能通过同功酶浓度的变化、活性的强弱来探测甘蔗组织离体培养中愈伤组织的分化情况。学习班得到有关部门的重视和支持。如中山大学生物系派出程明哲讲师给学员讲课,提高了学员们的认识。学习班着重传授电泳法的技术操作。在实习过程中,学员们互教互学,共同研究,集思广益,取得了比较好的学习效
By the 1979 national sugarcane scientific research collaboration commissioned by the Ministry of Light Industry Cane Sugar Institute in September 3, 1980 to 20 in Guangzhou held a national sugar cane isozyme electrophoresis learning class. Twenty-one scientific and technological personnel, teachers and technicians from 16 scientific research and teaching units in Yunnan, Sichuan, Fujian, Guangxi, Jiangxi, Guizhou and Guangdong provinces participated in the study. Isozyme electrophoresis analysis technology is the first time applied to China’s sugarcane scientific research. It is used in combination with the technology of cell chromosomes, has a wide range of uses for the collection of wild resources of sugarcane, the identification of crossbreeding of sugarcane and the suggestion of “one or more” and “one or more” sugarcane. And through the isoenzyme concentration changes, the strength of activity to detect sugarcane tissue culture in vitro callus differentiation. The class received the attention and support of relevant departments. For example, Sun Mingzhe, a lecturer in the Department of Biology of Sun Yat-sen University, gave lectures to students and raised their awareness.
