介绍了不烧铁水罐砖的研制过程和现场使用情况,从原材料处理、基质料共磨、以及碳化硅加入量、结合剂预热、炭素材料加入量等方面讨论了对不烧铁水罐砖综合指标和性能的影响因素,同时结合现场使用的情况对各部分砖的材质加以调整,从而达到最佳的使用状态。通过试验证明,采用本试验方法生产的铁水罐砖所砌筑的铁水罐,使用寿命长、不沾包、性能优良,适应目前炼铁工业的使用要求。
The development process and field use of hot-dip ladle brick are introduced. The effects of raw material treatment, co-grinding of matrix material, addition amount of silicon carbide, preheating agent and amount of carbon material are discussed. Indicators and performance factors, combined with the use of the scene on the part of the brick material to be adjusted, so as to achieve the best use of the state. The test proves that the hot metal tank masonry produced by the test method has the advantages of long service life, non-stick package, excellent performance and adaptability to the current application requirements of the ironmaking industry.
