宽带薪酬作为一种新型的薪酬管理理念,将其引入绩效考核制度在激励员工方面有着传统薪酬体系无法比拟的优势。宽带薪酬体系以绩效为导向,能最大限度调动员工的积极性,营造一种公平的氛围,使员工的价值观与企业发展战略保持一致,从而促进企业与员工的协同发展和良性发展。文章系统分析了宽带薪酬的特征,并结合酒店行业的实际情况,提出了基于宽带薪酬的酒店绩效考核制度完善思路,以期能够对酒店行业的薪酬体系建设有所裨益。
