Epilepsy is one of the frequently-occurring diseases of the nervous system. There are 40 million people with epilepsy in the world [1]. The prevalence rates of urban and rural areas in China are 457/10 million and 366/10 million, respectively, with a prevalence of about 30/10 Around Wan [2].
