目的:建立HPLC法测定七宝美髯软胶囊中二苯乙烯苷含量的方法。方法:色谱柱:Diamonsil~(TM) C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相:乙腈-水(25:75);流速:1.0 ml·min~(-1),柱温:30℃,检测波长:320 nm,进样量:10μl。结果:二苯乙烯苷在0.026～0.520μg范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率为99.51%,RSD为0.68%(n=9)。结论:本方法操作简单,专属性强,重现性好,可用于控制该制剂的质量。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of stilbene glycoside in Qibao mesangial soft capsule. METHODS: The chromatographic conditions were as follows: Diamonsil TM C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase of acetonitrile-water (25:75), flow rate of 1.0 ml · min -1, : 30 ℃, detection wavelength: 320 nm, injection volume: 10μl. Results: The calibration curve of stilbene glycosides showed good linearity in the range of 0.026-0.520 μg with an average recovery of 99.51% and a RSD of 0.68% (n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, specific, reproducible and can be used to control the quality of the preparation.
