单纯疱疹病毒2型(herpes simplex virus type 2,HSV-2)属于疱疹病毒属α疱疹病毒科,是线性双链DNA病毒,主要通过性传播,是生殖器疱疹的主要病原体,HSV-2的感染还可增加HIV感染的风险。使用安全套和抗病毒治疗等措施虽可使HSV-2的传染降低约50%,但未能从根本上杜绝该病毒的传播。目前,对抗HSV-2最为有效和经济的方法是接种HSV-2疫苗,但尚未获得理想的该疫苗产品。本文结合HSV-2的感染机制,对HSV-2的灭活疫苗、减毒活疫苗、复制缺陷疫苗、亚单位疫苗、多肽疫苗、活载体疫苗及DNA疫苗的最新研究进展作一综述,并对HSV-2预防性及治疗性疫苗的研究方向进行讨论。
Herpes simplex virus type 2 (herpes simplex virus type 2) belongs to herpesvirus alpha herpesvirus family. This review summarizes the latest research progress of HSV-2 inactivated vaccine, attenuated live attenuated vaccine, replication defective vaccine, subunit vaccine, peptide vaccine, live vector vaccine and DNA vaccine in combination with HSV-2 infection mechanism. HSV-2 preventive and therapeutic vaccine research directions for discussion.
