The establishment of the PLA’s biomedical professional group was held in the General Prosecutors and Drug Prosecutions Office of Beijing from August 25 to August 28, 1987. The biochemical experts from the Military Medical Sciences Academy, the PLA General Hospital, the military medical universities and special schools, the major military health schools and the general hospitals 55 delegates attended the conference, which was chaired by Prof. Su Chengzhi and deputy team leader of the Fourth Military Medical University
