(1)应用福州产黄花夹竹桃子素静脉注射,治疗35例42次充血性心力衰竭,结果有效者83.3%,对急性心力衰竭的疗效尤为突出。治疗后气急端坐呼吸和心率减慢最显著,对血压,心房颤动及心电图上 ST 段 T 波无明显影响。(2)成人静脉注射全效量为1.2—1.6毫克,首次给予半量比较合适。其毒性反应不多见,但对少尿者,应该注意避免中毒。(3)此药作用快,排泄迅速,不易蓄积中毒,药源充足,是一个较有希望的强心剂。
