目的:首次对黄管秦艽从药材性状、显微结构、活性成分、nrDNA ITS序列等方面进行研究。方法:运用形态学、组织学的鉴定方法对药材性状、显微结构进行比较分析,运用高效液相色谱法测定有效成分,运用DNA技术进行序列测定并分析结果。结果:黄管秦艽的药材性状、显微特征与秦艽相似;有效成分含量高于中国药典规定;在ITS水平上分析黄管秦艽与大叶秦艽同源性为99.50%。结论:为黄管秦艽药材的研究及秦艽新药源的开发提供了理论依据。
Objective: To study the properties, microstructure, active components and nrDNA ITS sequences of Gentiana macrophylla for the first time. Methods: The morphological and histological identification methods were used to compare and analyze the properties and microstructure of medicinal materials. The effective components were determined by high performance liquid chromatography. DNA sequencing was used to analyze the results and analyze the results. RESULTS: The traits and microscopic characteristics of the medicinal materials of Gentiana macrophylla were similar to those of Gentiana macrophylla; the content of active ingredients was higher than that of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia; the homology of G. glabra and G. sinensis was 99.50% at the level of ITS. Conclusion: This study provides a theoretical basis for the study of the medicinal materials of Gentiana macrophylla and the development of new sources of Gentiana macrophylla.
