Q:我和老公是开电动车车架加工厂的,老公为人憨厚老实,不怎么爱讲话,所以从生产到批发、维护大多是我在管。因为太累,我爸妈、妹妹、妹夫都相继过来帮忙。这样一来,老公总觉得我家人排斥他,加上市场竞争激烈,我和老公经常起争执。后来我老公从工厂退出,厂子完全由我打理。刚开始几个月生意还不错,但因为我经常出差,工厂在家人的打理下每况愈下,客户拖款也比较多,我们该怎么办?
