Gao CunBit February 1945 was born in Baishui County, Shaanxi Province, bachelor’s degree, member of the Communist Party of China. After graduating from the Department of Economics of Lanzhou University in September 1969, he worked in Linxia Prefecture Committee of Gansu Province, General Office of Gansu Provincial Government and Dingxi District Administrative Office. From March 1993 until now in Gansu Audit Office, served as party secretary, director. Academic point of view: The fairness of audit supervision must be established in the audit institutions, auditors have a high policy, theoretical level and superb business skills, built on the auditors have a higher level of law enforcement and a strong standard of professional ethics Therefore, it is necessary to improve the overall quality of the auditors throughout the audit practice.
