近10 a来,为适应市场要求,对红富士苹果过早采收,果实以含糖量为主的内在品质达不到国家标准,严重伤害了品种本来的品质风味和外观形象,以致败坏了品牌声誉。现谈谈早采误区的因果关系,以供业内同仁和广大果农参考。不当之处恭请指正。
