一辆 BJ130型载货汽车,运行中起动机电磁开关出现故障,发出“嘎嘎”声响,起动机不转,使发动机无法起动。按常规检查,蓄电池不亏电,线路无松动、无断路。用导线将起动机火线接柱与磁力开关火线接柱连接,发动机顺利起动。为此,我们加装了一个起动继电器(JQ1型,12V),将其固定在起动机附近的车架上,从起动机火线接柱上引线为起动继电器提供电源,用经点火开关的原引线控制起动继电器(图1),改装后故障排除。
A BJ130-type truck, running starter solenoid switch failure, issued a “quack” sound, the starter does not turn, so that the engine can not start. According to routine inspection, the battery is not deficit, the line without loosening, no break. Use the wire to connect the starter wire and the magnetic switch to the hot line post, the engine starts smoothly.
