我们自1997年1月至1998年8月共应用氟康唑治疗肿瘤病人口腔霉菌感染32例,收到较好疗效。现报告如下: 1 一般资料 均为我们自1997年1月至1998年8月收治的晚期肿瘤病人且发生口腔霉菌感染者共54例,其中男42例,女12例;年龄56～72岁,平均65.2岁;基础病分别为恶性淋巴瘤5例,肺癌晚期27例,胃肠癌晚期15例,多发性骨髓瘤2例,乳腺癌晚期4例,肝癌晚期1例;全部病例均为Ⅳ期病人,均经过一周期以上的全身化疗或局部化疗,在化疗后1周至2
From January 1997 to August 1998, we used fluconazole to treat 32 cases of oral fungal infections in cancer patients and received good results. The current report is as follows: 1 The general data are all 54 patients with advanced cancer patients who developed dental fungal infections from January 1997 to August 1998. There were 42 males and 12 females; aged 56 to 72 years old. The average age was 65.2 years; the underlying diseases were 5 cases of malignant lymphoma, 27 cases of advanced lung cancer, 15 cases of advanced gastrointestinal cancer, 2 cases of multiple myeloma, 4 cases of advanced breast cancer, and 1 case of advanced hepatocellular carcinoma. All cases were of stage IV. Patients have undergone more than one cycle of systemic chemotherapy or local chemotherapy, 1 week to 2 weeks after chemotherapy
