在高校体育教学工作中,随着运动训练方式的不断创新,在运动员运动训练的过程中,核心力量练习显得越来越重要。核心力量练习可以有效调节运动员上肢与下肢运动平衡,对躯干部位调节发挥着重要的作用。当前,在我国高校体育篮球教学中,核心力量练习已经得到了应用,本文针对核心力量练习在高校体育篮球教学中作用,简要探讨了在高校体育篮球教学中,核心力量练习的应用。
In the college physical education teaching, with the continuous innovation of the sports training methods, the core strength training becomes more and more important in the athlete training process. The core strength exercises can effectively regulate the athlete’s upper and lower limbs exercise balance, which plays an important role in the adjustment of the trunk area. At present, the practice of core strength has been applied in college PE basketball teaching in our country. In this paper, the core force practice in college PE basketball teaching, this paper briefly discusses the application of core strength exercises in college PE basketball teaching.
