戈兰滩水电站碾压混凝土重力坝最大坝高113 m,采用表、底孔重叠布置的泄水型式和表孔台阶消能与宽尾墩、底孔跌流加消力池的联合消能布置,很好地解决了大流量、窄河谷枢纽布置问题。采用复掺石灰石粉和铁矿渣掺和料缓解了碾压混凝土粉煤灰短缺问题。通过枢纽布置优化比选,使得河床最高坝段和厂房地基均座落在坝址区力学指标最优越的安山岩上。
