中等职业高中的学生可以说是弱势群体,他们多为单亲离异家庭、贫穷,有些孩子留守在家,父母出远门打工,或者父母疏于对孩子的管理,与子女关系淡薄或者关系紧张等。他们的家庭大多数可谓无钱、无权、无社会地位的“三无”状况,导致中职学生在学习、心理健康方面存在问题。而他们又是日后社会经济发展不可忽视的中坚力量,担当着社会经济建设发展的重要任务,他们的身心健康状况,直接关系着整个社会的发展。在这样的情形下,班主任就要了解心理学,了解学生的心理状况,对症下药,一定会收到理想的效果。本文就针对职高学生出现的心理问题谈谈班主任利用心理学在班级管理中起到的作用。
Secondary vocational high school students can be said to be disadvantaged. They are mostly single-parent divorced families, poor, some children staying at home, migrant workers working away from home, or neglect of parents’ management of their children, weak relations with their children or tensions. Most of their families can be described as having no money, no power and no social status. This has led to the problems of secondary vocational students in their study and mental health. And they are the backbone that can not be neglected in the future socio-economic development and assume an important task in the social and economic development. Their physical and mental health status is directly related to the development of the entire society. Under such circumstances, the class teacher should understand psychology, understand the psychological condition of the students and give the right remedy. They will surely receive the desired results. This article aims at the psychological problems of high school students to talk about the class teacher to use psychology in class management plays a role.
