Under the circumstance of higher vocational education developing rapidly and educational reform continuously deepening,esp.the variation of freshmen,the major issue of this study is to probe into new models on higher vocational English teaching reform from a constructivist perspective based on CALL WALL.The author of the article is expected to dwell on the concrete means and methods of the new models on higher vocational public English teaching reform based on students’actual situation and the author’s rich teaching experience of many years by applying quantitative statistical analysis methodology of data to cultivate students’abilities of individualized self-learning and cooperative study and arouse their interest in learning English to foster their comprehensive cultural quality and meet the needs of social development in our country and international communication.
