目的分析精细化护理在老年急危重症急救护理中的应用价值.方法将我院2017年2月至2019年10月期间接受的老年急危重症患者120例作为观察对象,将患者分为两组,命名为观察组(n=60)及对照组(n=60),观察组实施精细化护理,对照组实施常规急救护理,对比观察两组临床抢救时间(接诊时间、抢救护理时间、总急诊时间)及护理满意度、抢救成功率.结果观察组患者临床抢救时间明显优于对照组临床抢救时间(P<0.05),观察组护理满意度与对照组相比,具有显著优势(P<0.05),观察组抢救成功率明显高于对照
