用免疫组化法和套式PCR 检测革满、恙螨体内HFRSV结构蛋白(MP、NP) 。结果证明革螨、恙螨体内均可检测到HFRSV 结构蛋白MP、NP片段;而恙螨体内HFRSV 随滴度的增高其检出强度亦增加。该结果从分子生物学上进一步证明革螨、恙螨体内HFRSV的存在。
Immunohistochemistry and nested PCR were used to detect HFRSV structural protein (MP, NP) in leathery and chigger mites. The results showed that both the mite and the chigger mites could detect the MP and NP fragments of the structural protein of HFRSV, while the detection intensity of HFRSV increased with the increase of titers. This result further confirmed molecularly the existence of HFRSV in leather mites and chigger mites.
