1986—1987年的试验证明,生长调节剂784—1对谷子结实具有良好的调节作用。无论是播前浸种,还是抽穗期叶面喷雾,均能显著地提高谷子结实率,降低秕谷率。尤其是播前浸种方法简便,易于推广,适宜于干旱地区应用。播前浸种以浓度50—100ppm的溶液浸种4小时的效果最好。两年平均,秕谷率比对照降低33.2—46.5%。
Experiments 1986-1987 demonstrated that growth regulator 784-1 had a good regulatory effect on millet seed set. Whether pre-sowing seeds, or heading leaf foliar spray, can significantly improve the seed setting rate and reduce the rate of stagnation. Especially before sowing soaking method is simple, easy to promote, suitable for arid areas. Pre-sowing to the concentration of 50-100ppm soaking solution for 4 hours the best results. Two-year average, the trough valley rate lower than the control 33.2-46.5%.
