分析低碳旅游视角下酒店管理中存在的问题,主要表现在服务设施不够完善,服务质量相对较差;发展意识相对不足,管理方式不够成熟以及酒店专业人才匮乏,日常服务效果不佳等方面,并提出将低碳理念与酒店管理理念相融合,实现酒店的长期发展;关注酒店顾客情感体验与实际需求,完善酒店的服务机制以及注重酒店人才的培养与人才的引入,提升酒店的整体形象等低碳旅游视角下酒店管理的相关建议。
