采用ABT1号、a—奈乙酸、京科1号对无刺大果沙棘太阳、楚伊、辽阜1、2号等品种的嫩枝顶端、中部、基部生根率的影响作了试验。结果表明:品种、枝条部位、激素处理对嫩枝生根有显著影响。其中太阳、楚伊较辽阜1、2号生根率高10%左右,达90%以上;枝条的木质化程度越高生根越难,顶梢生根率较中部与基部高5%左右;三个品种用三种激素均能有效促进愈伤组织的形成,提高生根率,京科1号最好,可提高生根率27%,ABT1号和a-萘乙酸也较好,可提高生根率22—25%。本次试验最高生根率达95.5%。
The effects of ABT1, a-naphthylacetic acid and Jingke 1 on the rooting rate of the top, middle and basal shoots of the thorny sea buckthorn sun, Chu and Liaofu No.1 and No.2 were tested. The results showed that varieties, branches and hormones had significant effects on rooting of shoots. Among them, the rooting rate of Sun and Chuyi was about 10% higher than that of Liaofu No.1 and No.2, reaching more than 90%; the higher the degree of lignification was, the harder the roots were. The rooting rate of top shoots was about 5% higher than that of the middle part and the base. The varieties of three hormones can effectively promote the formation of callus and improve the rooting rate, Jingke 1 best, can increase the rooting rate of 27%, ABT1 and a naphthalene acetic acid is also better, can improve the rooting rate of 22- 25%. The highest rooting rate of this experiment reached 95.5%.
