中国兵器内蒙古第一机械制造(集团)有限公司党委认真践行“三个代表”重要思想,坚持解放思想、实事求是、与时俱进,把求真务实贯穿于开展思想政治工作的全过程,贯穿于加强和改进思想政治工作的每个环节,在“求真”上狠下功夫,在“务实”上力求实效,增强思想政治工作的时代感、针对性和实效性,探索出了开展“实效型政工”的好经验,形成了以“三实”为基本内涵、以“三个融入”为基本思路、以“三个机制”为基本保证、以“四大工程”为基本栽体的“实效型政工”新格局,为基层单位加强和改进思想政治工作,增强思想政治工作的实效性提供了很好的借鉴。
