为了更好地利用和优化运能,加强客票管理,铁路部门作出规定,对2010年春运期间旅客退票、改签有关办法进行了调整优化。2010年春运从1月30日起至3月10日,节前15天,节后25天,为期共40天。铁路部门以“和谐铁路、平安春运”为主题,以确保安全为核心,以落实便民利民措施为重点,努力把各项工作做实做细,最大限度地满足人民群众出行需求。
In order to better utilize and optimize transport capacity and strengthen ticket management, the railway authorities made provisions to adjust and optimize the relevant measures on passenger refund and alteration during the Spring Festival of 2010. Spring Festival 2010 from January 30 to March 10, 15 days before the holiday, 25 days after the holiday, a total of 40 days. With the theme of “Harmony of Railways and Safe Transport of Spring”, the railway department focused on ensuring safety and focusing on implementing convenience measures for people and benefiting others. It strived to make the work done in a down-to-earth manner and met the travel needs of the masses to the maximum.
