经过多年努力,我们研制成功一种新的钴-钼系球形耐硫变换催化剂,最近已获得专利,并被国家命名为B302Q一氧化碳变换催化剂(用于水煤气变换反应CO+H_2O→CO_2+H_2).经全国一百多家中小合成氨厂应用后,表明它具有低温活性好、机械强度高、堆密度较小、遇水不粉化、床层气体阻力小等特点,在国内居领先地位,其中主要指标——低温活性,达到了国际先进水平.本文报道了该催化剂的主要研究结果并对其优异的低温活性进行了初步解释.
After years of hard work, we successfully developed a new cobalt-molybdenum spherical sulfur-tolerant shift catalyst, which has been patented recently and named as B302Q CO shift catalyst (for water gas shift reaction CO + H_2O → CO_2 + H_2). After more than one hundred small and medium-sized ammonia plants nationwide, it shows that it has the advantages of good low-temperature activity, high mechanical strength, small bulk density, no powdering when contacted with water, small gas resistance of the bed and so on. Index - low temperature activity, reached the international advanced level.This paper reports the main results of the catalyst and its excellent low temperature activity were initially explained.
