中科院新疆理化技术研究所敏感器件部针对航天海洋领域负温度系数(NTC)热敏电阻器的特殊应用需求,攻克多项关键技术,研发出的NTC热敏电阻产品在国家重要航天海洋工程中获得了广泛应用。在航天领域,应用于长征系列运载火箭、近地轨道卫星、嫦娥探月工程、神舟系列飞船、天宫一号空间实验室等;在海洋领域,应用于国产XBT仪、国产CTD仪等海洋环境监测仪表的研制,为国家建设航天海洋强国做出了贡献。
Sensitive Devices Division of Xinjiang Institute of Physics and Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences Aimed at the special application requirements of negative temperature coefficient (NTC) thermistors in aerospace and oceanic fields, a number of key technologies were overcome. The developed NTC thermistor products were obtained in the National Key Aerospace and Ocean Engineering A wide range of applications. In the field of aerospace, it is applied to the Long March series launch vehicle, the near-Earth orbit satellite, the Chang’e lunar exploration project, the Shenzhou series spacecraft and the Tiangong-1 space laboratory.
