小微企业在助推经济稳定增长、缓解就业压力、调整经济结构及促进经济改革等方面具有重要的作用,它们是科技创新最为活跃和最具经济发展潜力的群体,是战略性新兴产业的率先探索者和实践者。然而,这些企业在发展过程中注重生产经营与技术创新,而无暇内部管理,尤其是财务制度建设,导致许多项目和政策无法享受。为此,本课题组(构建科技型小微企业财务服务指导平台的基础研究)试图通过对小微企业财务服务指导现状、问题和需求的调研,为小微企业提供财务指导服务平台,使其更加健康的发展。
Small and micro enterprises play an important role in boosting steady economic growth, alleviating employment pressure, adjusting economic structure and promoting economic reform. They are the most dynamic and economic development potential group for science and technology innovation and the first in strategic emerging industries Explorer and practitioner.
