选用 8个亲本 ,组配成 2 8个双列杂交组合 ,研究了普通小麦节间长和茎粗的遗传模型。结果表明 ,倒一节间长为加性—上位性模型遗传 ,倒二和基部第一、三节间长为加性—显性—上位性模型遗传 ;基部第二节间长和所有茎粗性状为加性—显性模型遗传 ,显性程度分别为部分显性或部分到完全显性。最后 ,根据各性状的遗传模型和基因在亲本中的分布 ,讨论了杂交后代中茎秆特性的选择和亲本选配
Eight parents were selected and combined into 28 pairs of crosses to study the genetic model of internode length and stem diameter of common wheat. The results showed that the length of one internode was inherited by the additive - epistatic model, the first and third internodes of the second and third internodes were inherited in the additive - dominance - epistatic model, and the second internode length and all stem - diameter traits For the additive - dominant model of inheritance, the dominant degree were partially dominant or partially to completely dominant.
