有效性教学是指教师在教学过程中通过各种教学活动,使学生获得最佳学习效果的教学过程。民族开放教育基于网络环节下,通过对教学模式的落实,进一步加强教学环节的管理,提高民族开放教育的教学效果和学生有效的学习,保证教育教学的质量。本课题通过巴州电大民族开放教育的实践,对民族开放教育的有效教学、有效学习进行了探讨。
