自主创新教学是一种“以人为本”的教学。当代社会需要的是高素质综合创新人才,但是我们的教育在培养这类人才上还存在弊端,主要教育方式还是以填鸭式的教育为主。这样的教育方式严重影响了学生的创新意识。很多教师在自主创新教学模式中还在摸索阶段,通过下面我在服装结构设计课程上的一次教学过程的设计来,我们来看看自主创新教学的具体实施过程。创新教育的提出,给我们教育者提出的了新的要求和方向,作为一名高职院校的教师,应积极探索全新教学方法,培养出具有创新精神和创造力的新型复合型人才。
Independent innovation teaching is a “people-oriented ” teaching. What we need in contemporary society is high-quality, comprehensive and creative personnel, but there are still disadvantages in our education in cultivating this kind of talents. The main education methods are mainly spoon-fed education. This kind of education has seriously affected the students’ sense of innovation. Many teachers in the independent innovation teaching mode is still groping stage, through the following my clothing structure design course of a teaching process design, we take a look at the implementation of independent innovation teaching process. The proposal of innovative education gives us educators new requirements and directions. As a teacher in a higher vocational college, we should actively explore new teaching methods and cultivate a new type of compound talents with innovative spirit and creativity.
