经过9个多月的建设施工,青岛中联混凝土崂山站日前建成投产,这是山东省青岛市第二座“零排放”混凝土搅拌站,是完全区别于传统混凝土搅拌站的绿色环保搅拌作业。混凝土搅拌站的扬尘污染一直是治理难点,所以,传统的大型混凝土搅拌站大都远离居民生活区,建在交通方便且偏僻的地方。而绿色混凝土搅拌站采取整体全封闭设计,并配备了先进的收尘系统、砂石分离系统和浆水回收系统。其主楼外观看上去就像一个工厂车间,配备了完善的循环系统,实现了废水、废料、废浆的零排放。
After more than nine months of construction and construction, Qingdao Zhonglian Concrete Laoshan Station has been put into operation recently, which is the second “Zero Emission” concrete mixing station in Qingdao, Shandong Province. It is completely different from the traditional green concrete mixing station operation. The dust pollution of concrete mixing plant has always been a difficult problem for management. Therefore, the traditional large-scale concrete mixing plant is far away from residential areas and is conveniently located in remote areas. The green concrete mixing plant to take the whole whole closed design, and is equipped with advanced dust collection system, gravel separation system and slurry recovery system. Its main building looks like a factory floor, equipped with a sound recycling system, to achieve the zero discharge of waste water, waste, waste slurry.
