本文从铁路施工企业新闻报道工作的实践出发,对比企业宣传工作和媒体新闻报道的特点,提出了企业要提高传播效果,需要以媒体和受众眼光来挖掘新闻价值。基于这个思路,分析了企业通讯员采写新闻常见的弊病和不足,并提出了挖掘、提升企业新闻价值的方法和途径。
This paper starts from the practice of railway construction enterprises’ news report work, contrasts the characteristics of corporate propaganda work and media news reports, and puts forward that to improve the communication effect, enterprises need to explore the news value from the media and audience perspectives. Based on this train of thought, the common defects and shortcomings of corporate news writers and writers were analyzed, and the ways and means of mining corporate news values were put forward.
